Advance bookings require pre-payment.

If you cancel your time-slot with more than 48 hours’ notice then you will be issued a full refund to the card that you used to make your booking. Please allow 3-10 business days for refunds to be processed.

If you cancel your time-slot with less than 48 hours’ notice then you will receive a credit to re-book a new time slot. Credits will only be issues by contacting us directly via email at info@confined.ca or by phone at 403.452.4441.

A booking is considered a no-show if we aren’t notified about a cancellation at least 2 hours prior to the start of the time-slot. A credit will be issued for no-shows one time only. If a no-show occurs twice then the credit will be rescinded, and no refund will be provided.
